A brand-new complex consisting of a nine-storey residence on one side and five floors of offices on the other side, rising above a commercial centre on the ground floor. Both buildings will have a roof top planted with greenery.
This new build located in the heart of the Belval district will have a total surface area of 24,000 m² and rise to a height of 31 metres. With ecology and sustainability in mind, the project includes the development of 400m² of additional green spaces. Atenor is aiming for BREEAM “Excellent” and WELL BUILDING certifications for this new project.
