The Résidence Orchidée project consists of two buildings with 42 housing units for senior residents with reduced mobility, a medical practice and a supermarket. Built on four levels, the residence shares a 2244 m² common basement with parking spaces and storage units, topped by a ground floor and two floors of housing. The excellent insulation of the 2700 m² of façades is the result of the work carried out by our Finishing department, allowing the building to achieve the highest rating in terms of energy performance.
